All prices are stated clearly and the only extra cost is for postage. When you use our shopping cart you simply click on an item to see the price and description, then click “add to cart” to add the item to your shopping cart then you can progress to the checkout phase if you wish. At stages throughout the checkout you will be asked for delivery details and eventually told the total cost including postage. At this point you can cancel the order or be progressed to the payment provider and their 100% secure credit/debit card facility.

Once your credit/debit card details have been processed you have entered into a legally binding contract with this shop to purchase those items. It is your responsibility to read the item descriptions and all the information on this page concerning your rights and privacy. Our shopping cart automatically emails you your order details, if you do not receive this email then it is likely a problem with your email box and contacting us means we can resend the email to you.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and we do not ship items outside of the United Kingdom. All items are sold subject to availability, we believe that all items are in stock, but occasionally human and shopping cart errors can mean an item is found to be out of stock, in which case you are refunded the item amount and part of the postage.

Prices and availability change over time so we cannot guarantee that when you next buy a product it will be the same price.

We try to ensure every item is described in detail with the correct information, but mistakes can happen and therefore we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies, mistakes or omissions.

All orders are paid for using Paypal.

All items are sent by First Class Royal mail or Royal Mail parcel post. Items are usually dispatched within 48hours (Monday-Friday) but not necessarily dispatched on weekends and bank holidays. If an item does not reach you after 10 working days then we presume it is lost and send you a refund or will post out the items again if in stock.

All items are well packed and in the unlikely event of breakages or damages occurring we will replace the item if in stock or offer you a full refund.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are completely within your rights to cancel your order for any items purchased on this website and received a full refund. You have the right to cancel your order before the order has been delivered and for 7 working days after delivery (starting the day after the day of delivery).

All items must be returned unused. It is part of your contact with us that if you cancel an order after delivery to you (for any reason other than that the goods are faulty or do not comply with the order) then you must pay for the return of the goods to us (ie you pay the postage cost) and the items should be well packed to avoid breakages and sent signed for delivery as proof that we receive the item.

If an item arrives with you broken we may not need you to return it to us as a description or photograph of the problem may be sufficient for us to refund your money or send out a second item. If we do decide a broken item needs to be returned to us then we refund your postage costs.

If for some reason you feel an item was inaccurately described or not as expected then you are within your rights to return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it.
