Before being sent, all items are opened, closely inspected, then the box is double wrapped (if very fragile triple) in bubblewrap, then placed in a bio-degradable (and made from recycled materials) plastic mail bag. The items are also sealed in polystyrene.
Jewellery/Pendants/Rings are all made from "English Pewter" 92% tin alloy pewter (BSS5140) and do not include lead.
